1. Subscription Information

When you purchase a Pro subscription:

Apple handles all payment processing
We receive only a transaction receipt from Apple
We never see your payment details

2. Optional Analytics (You Choose)

If you opt-in to help improve Basil AI:

Basic app performance metrics (crashes, launch times)
Feature usage statistics (which features are popular)
Device type and iOS version

Important: Analytics are disabled by default and contain no personal information.

3. Support Communications

If you contact us for support:

Your email address (to respond to you)
Any information you choose to share
We delete support emails after resolving issues

How On-Device Processing Works

Basil AI uses Apple's on-device machine learning frameworks:

Speech Recognition: iOS's built-in speech framework processes audio locally
Natural Language Processing: Core ML models run entirely on your device
Storage: All data is stored in your device's encrypted storage
Syncing: Optional iCloud sync uses your personal iCloud account
